When you submit an enquiry form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, email, company, country, and the content of your message.

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics that do not track you across sites and do not build advertising profiles.

We process enquiry data to respond to you and to manage the resulting business relationship — our lawful basis is legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

Analytics are processed only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We use a small number of processors to operate the site and manage enquiries (hosting, customer relationship management, and email delivery). All processing takes place within the EU/UK.

We do not sell personal data.

Enquiry submissions are retained for 24 months, after which they are anonymised or deleted unless an ongoing relationship requires otherwise.
