Accessibility statement

This statement is made by London Arena PLC (“London Arena” or “the Company”) and applies to www.london-arena.com in all five of its languages: English, Turkish, French, German and Russian. The Company wants as many people as possible to be able to use the website, which is built so that you can:

• navigate every page using a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip straight to the main content;
• zoom text up to 200%, and view pages at widths down to 320 pixels, without losing content or having to scroll sideways;
• use assistive technologies such as screen readers, with headings, landmarks, labels and text alternatives that describe each page;
• reduce on-screen motion: animations are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.

London Arena aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Based on the testing described below, the Company considers that the website meets that standard, apart from the limitations listed under “Known limitations”. The website has not yet been audited by an independent third party.

Before each release, every page of the website, in all five languages, is tested automatically with axe-core against the WCAG 2.2 A and AA success criteria, and checked for content that would require sideways scrolling at widths of 320 and 1,280 pixels. Keyboard navigation, focus order and visible focus on the website’s page templates are also tested by hand.

The most recent full test took place on 5 October 2026 and found no failures.

• Semantic HTML throughout, with one main heading per page, a logical heading order and labelled navigation landmarks.
• Text and interface colours that meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios: at least 4.5:1 for body text.
• Text alternatives for informative images; purely decorative images are hidden from assistive technologies.
• The language of every page is declared, and language names in the language menu are marked in their own language, so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
• Form fields with visible labels, required fields clearly marked, and error messages linked to the field they describe.

The downloadable PDF documents — the company factsheets and capability statements in the press kit — are designed for print. They are tagged for assistive technologies but may not be fully accessible.
