Sustainability — an operating pillar, measured.
Not defensive language; one of four lines of work. We measure what we manage, and we disclose what we measure.
Where we stand.
For London Arena PLC, sustainability is not a communications exercise. It is one of our four operating sectors, with real lines of work in carbon reduction, water and biogas — and a discipline applied to every engagement, in every sector.
We treat environmental and social risk as a structuring question, addressed before commitment rather than reported after the fact.
“We measure what we manage. We disclose what we measure.”
How sustainability runs through the work.
Screen before we structure
Every engagement is screened for environmental and social risk before commercial structuring begins.
Documented partners only
We work with partners whose ESG track record is documented and verifiable.
Commit in the documents
Sustainability commitments are embedded into our project structuring documents, not bolted on.
Report publicly
We commit to public sustainability reporting from our second year onwards.
Three focus areas.
Carbon footprint reduction
Structuring projects that lower carbon intensity across infrastructure and energy programmes.
Industrial water treatment, recovery & reuse
Coordinating technology and partners for water treatment, recovery and reuse at industrial scale.
Biogas production for energy recovery
Arranging biogas facilities that turn waste streams into recovered energy.
Forward commitments
We are evaluating reporting frameworks, with a preference for the ISSB’s IFRS S1 and S2 standards, and intend to publish our first standalone sustainability report within our second year. We will state firm dates here once the framework is confirmed with our advisors.
