Digital infrastructure — data centres delivered end to end.
London Arena delivers data centres end to end: site selection and permitting, power and cooling, construction, connectivity and commissioning, carried as one programme from investment decision to handover. The sector also includes Arena AI, the company’s enterprise AI platform.

The scope of work in digital infrastructure.
- Site selection, land and permitting
- Grid connection, power distribution and back-up generation
- Cooling systems — air and liquid
- Fibre connectivity and network infrastructure
- Construction, fit-out and systems integration
- Commissioning and handover to operation

London Arena’s enterprise AI platform.
Arena AI turns enterprise data into forecasts, analysis and decision support for management, combining a data layer, machine learning and generative AI in one platform.
- Big-data analytics across enterprise data
- Machine-learning algorithms that keep learning and improve process efficiency
- Generative AI in support of decision-making
- A management cockpit for operational and strategic decisions
The three roles London Arena takes.
Investment strategist
Sets the investment thesis for each facility — location, capacity, capital structure and risk — before design is committed.
Delivery lead
Carries design, construction, systems integration and commissioning as a single programme, through to handover.
Supply orchestrator
Secures long-lead equipment — transformers, generators, switchgear and cooling plant — and sequences its delivery to the build programme.

Every critical system, one programme.
A data centre is only as dependable as the systems that keep it powered, cooled, connected and secure. Each of them is delivered within one integrated programme.

Power
Grid connection, substations, switchgear, uninterruptible power supply and back-up generation, designed with redundancy.

Cooling
Air and liquid cooling plant — chillers, pumps, pipework and heat rejection — sized to the density of the halls it serves.

Connectivity
Structured fibre cabling, interconnection rooms and diverse routes to carrier networks.

Physical security
Perimeter protection, controlled entry and layered access from the site boundary to the server room.

Tested before handover. Documented for operation.
Each facility is commissioned in stages — from factory testing of critical equipment to integrated systems tests under simulated load — and handed over with complete operating documentation.
- Factory and site acceptance testing of critical equipment
- Integrated systems testing under simulated load
- Design to the reference standard the client selects, such as EN 50600 or ANSI/TIA-942, and to local codes
- Energy-efficiency (PUE) targets set at design and verified at commissioning
- As-built records, operating procedures and maintenance plans at handover
